How to Learn a Jutsu

To learn a Jutsu you must first make a topic and on that thread then indicate the Jutsu you want to learn.Random roll your jutsu chance which would depend on your level.

If your roll is successful Roleplay your character learning the jutsu.

E-D Rank Minimum of 200 words

C Rank Minimum of 300 words

B Rank Minimum of 400 words

A Rank Minimum of 500 words

S Rank Minimum of 700 words

If your roll failed you can try again. Maximum of three rolls per day per Jutsu you want to learn.

Each time you fail a roll your rate for that jutsu increases by 5%.

Learning the Basic Jutsu requires 300 words minimum

Description: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something.

Effect: Previous attack is negated. Does not work if the opponent has Byakugan, Sharingan, Rekei, or any other item that states it negates this Jutsu.

Result is the number of times you are able to random roll current users speed. Maximum is 5. Successful roll result is defined as more than opponents defense divided by 2. Damage target the number of successful results added together.
