If your roll is successful Roleplay your character learning the jutsu.
E-D Rank Minimum of 200 words
C Rank Minimum of 300 words
B Rank Minimum of 400 words
A Rank Minimum of 500 words
S Rank Minimum of 700 words
If your roll failed you can try again. Maximum of three rolls per day per Jutsu you want to learn.
Each time you fail a roll your rate for that jutsu increases by 5%.
Learning the Basic Jutsu requires 300 words minimum
