Name: Flying Thunder God Technique
Description: To activate this technique, the user needs a special seal or "technique formula" (術式, jutsu-shiki) to mark the destination. After this is done, the user enters a dimensional void that instantaneously transports themselves to the location of the seal. The technique can create smoke, similar to a Summoning Technique, but that is not always the case.

The technique is fast enough to even escape Space–Time Migration

Bloodline/Clan: Uzumaki Nikato and Students
Parent jutsu: N/A
Effect: The User is able to teleport away from enemy's using the marked weapon or teleport towards them using the mark which is part of the technique.

Range: All
Requirement: High jutsu skill. Spd must be at least 1.5x of opponent's. JP must be between +5/-5 of own's speed.
Effect1 : User and target have no battlefield spaces between them. User can perform another jutsu within the same turn.
Effect2 : Evade incoming attack. ( This applies to undodgeable jutsus as well)
Weakness: Effect 2 requires the customized seal marked kunai.
Cooldown: 20 turns.

Customised seal marked kunai will be dealt separately.

AP Cost: 500
