| Rules for skills: Read the rules first 1- If you are clanless you can learn any number of skills. 2- If you are in a clan you can learn only 5 skills(of which only 1 is S-rank and non legendary), upgrading the same skill doesn't count. 3- You can create skills, however, it will be open to the public.(Anyone can learn it, no personal skills) 4- Skills have no relation to bloodlines. Feline Agility(Ambush) - Passive - Requirements: 50 Speed - Effect: Ability to ambush a ninja inside a village. If you ambush someone, you get a head start and the first jutsu you use becomes un-blockable. - Price: 16,000 ryo
Enhanced Senses - Passive - Requirements: 60 Speed - Effect: You can counter an ambush getting yourself a head start if ambushed. - Price: 16,000 ryo
Strong Immune System - Passive - Requirements: none - Description: Some faint from the smallest illness, others live through the biggest epidemics. If more, the jutsu pierces to the opponent, however opponent can still dodge but not block. These ninja are true to their heritage. If you manage to glimpse the strike that kills you, then they consider that kill a failure. - Effect: If you counter an opponents attack with a counter jutsu, the next jutsu cannot be dodged and pierces if attack is more than blocking object. If opponent can't see you(Ambush/Environmental jutsu/Stealth jutsu), you attacks deal twice as much damage(Unless opponent is affected by genjutsu). - Price: 128,000 ryo
Weight Lifter - Passive - Requirement: STR above 30 - Effect: Can use two handed weapons in one hand(in other word, two handed weapons count as one handed). - Price: 128,000 ryo
Hand less ninja - Passive - Requirements: Firm grip, Weight lifter, STR and SPD above 80 - Effects: +15 intelligence. Can equip up to 8 one handed weapons or 4 two handed weapons. - Price: 128,000 ryo
True Medic - Passive - Requirements: Applied Anatomy, Medic wanna-be, 80 JP. - Effects: Medical equipment is 25% cheaper and twice as effective. You regain 25 HP per turn. Your transplants are 70% successful. - Price: 128,000 ryo

Legendary Medic - Passive - Requirements: True medic, 100 JP. - Effect: All medic items/equipment/jutsus cost 50% less money. Medic jutsus are 50% more effective(heal more), Your HP increases by 10% per turn(Stacks over True medic). You can use Reincarnation jutsu. You can use Medical jutsu on multiple targets with the same effect. Healing jutsu uses 20% less chakra. If you see a healing jutsu in battle it is automatically learned. All your transplants succeed. - Special: Only 2 people in a village may have this skill. - Price: 256,000 ryo
Nightmare Messenger - Passive - Requirements: Mind Shredder 120 Intel. - Description: No one wants to fight a Nightmare Messenger because even if one were to win, the experience would leave him psychologically scared for life. Although, it's much more likely to be scarred for real. - Effects: Up to 2 times in a battle Genjutus can be reversed on the opponent.
