The class is buzzing with excitement. Today, they are going over cloning jutsu, and if they can master it quickly they can have the rest of the day off. Kylar cant help but look forward to the day off. He already had some experience with making clones, and had even put the technique to use on his travels through the land of lightning.
The rest of the class, however, didn't have his experience, and didn't know what they were getting themselves into. It was a lot more complicated than they expected, and several were obviously going to need help after class. Kylar weighed his odds of escaping without asking to help tutor someone, and didn't think his luck would hold out...because luck was always on Kylar's side, Kylar thought sarcastically. He finally decides on a better alternative.
Everyone watches curiously as Kylar walks to the front of the class. They are always expecting so much from him. Kylar turns to his sensei. "So, we can leave once we have proven we can make a clone, is that correct?"
"That's correct. You sure do seem confident Kylar. The others have been struggling, what makes you think it is so easy?" Kylar's masked face turns to his sensei, and he can just make out Kylar's blue eyes wink as he releases the justsu, revealing the Kylar that had been in class the last 10 minutes was in fact a clone. "..That kid...if I didn't know any better, I would think that was arrogance...but not Kylar...that was probably just his practical side showing in his own unusual way."
Kylar was one of only a handful of students that were successful that first day. The following days of instruction, he spent the whole class daydreaming, planning out what to do in his free time.
A lone wolf prowls the night, silently waiting for his chance to deal his retribution unto the world...
